Amanda Hatton is a registered social worker who has held a number of posts in practice and management in both the statutory and voluntary sector. She moved to her substantive post as Director of Social Work practice in August 2008.

James is Director of Community Services for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.  He is responsible for Adult Social Care, Regeneration, Housing and Voluntary Sector Support. 

Karl Milner is the Director of Communications and Public Relations for NHS Yorkshire and the Humber, an NHS region which sees over 150,000 patients a day.

Moira joined Camden as Chief Executive in July 2003. Previously she was Executive Director, Housing and Social Services in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. She has worked in a number of local authorities, Ealing, Surrey and Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in their Social Services departments in a variety of roles. 

After a first degree in History, Owen Davies qualified as a social worker at Sussex University in 1972. He worked in social services departments until 1978 when he joined the union NALGO as a regional officer.

• Specialty topics for lectures/workshops include direct work skills, staff support and supervision, performance management, multi-agency working, assessment skills, group work, work with men and fathers groups, and work with perpetrators of domestic violence.

Rebecca Leete is a national programme manager for social work at the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC). She is the strategic lead for a number of workstrands, including the NQSW pilot programme for social workers with children and families.
